Salle Maillot (next to the Exhibition)
From 9 am to 6.00 pm

- Candidates with the minimum of a Master's Degree in Sciences, or final year PhD, queue up in front of the desks of recruiting companies to introduce themselves and outline their career plans. This initial meeting is intended to be short and convivial (and NOT an in-depth interview based on a CV). The personnel of the recruiting companies are encouraged to quite the “comfort zone” of their side of the desk to mingle with and meet candidates in the queue.

Eliminating the barrier of the desk is intended to made these initial meetings more convivial. Since they are brief, candidates spend less time queuing and are able to meet a greater number of companies.

- Recruiters will be able to offer an in-depth interview to any candidate that corresponds to their search criteria in the privacy of booths made available to recruiters inside the Salle Maillot.

A CV clinic will be run by the Association Bernard Gregory and the UK Society for Experimental Biology inside the Salle Maillot all day.
